*Easter Bank Holiday*

Due to Easter bank holiday, any orders placed after cut off Thursday 28th March will be dispatched on Friday 29th March and delivered on Tuesday 2nd April (delivery restrictions may apply).

Any orders placed after cut off on Friday 29th March will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd April. 


Free Next Day Delivery

We offer free next working day delivery for parcels on almost all of our Products when delivered to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland with the exclusion of the Restricted Areas.

To receive your Products by the next working day, you must place your order before 2:00pm on the previous working day. Weekends and public holidays are not classed as working days. Orders placed on a Friday before 2:00pm should arrive on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday should arrive on the following Tuesday.

Please note, pallets are excluded from free next working day delivery.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is available on request for some of our Products and carries a surcharge of 28 euros per item. To qualify for next day delivery on a Saturday, you must place your order before 2:00pm on the Friday. If a Saturday delivery is possible, it will appear as an option at the checkout.

Saturday delivery is only available on selected parcels and is not an option offered for pallet deliveries, addresses included into our Restricted Areas and International Deliveries.

Unfortunately, we do not offer Sunday delivery.

Collection

Should you choose to collect your order direct from our warehouse, we kindly request you contact a member of our team in advance on 01 584 1000. This allows us to prepare your order and ensure a convenient, timely handover during your pre-determined time slot.


Exclusions

Whilst we do everything we can to get your Products delivered next day we cannot guarantee that our couriers will deliver on the next day. The delivery is not time of essence, and the delivery date is an estimate only which can be affected by courier service delays, product availability, weather, delivery location and Events Outside Our Control. If you are having your radiators professionally installed, we highly recommend waiting until you have received the radiators before arranging a fitting date with your electrician. We cannot be held responsible for contractor’s costs or any other costs or charges if delivery is delayed. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.


Pallet

Some heavier items must be delivered by pallet because of their weight at a delivery cost of 49.99 euros.

For convenience, large orders of parcel items are sometimes delivered together on a pallet. In this case, pallet charges will not apply.


Mixed Delivery

If you purchase a mixture of parcelled items and palleted items, you will be charged the cost of the palleted item only. Items may still arrive separately if they are being dispatched from different locations, but no extra charges will apply. Large orders of parcelled items may arrive on a pallet: however, a pallet delivery charge will not apply. 


Order Tracking & Delivery Process

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once your order has been accepted and confirmed by us, you will receive an Acceptance Confirmation via email. Due to the heavy nature of some of our products and variable unloading times, palletised orders are not provided with tracking details, and we cannot provide specific times for delivery.

Please note that for security reasons all deliveries must be signed for. Make sure that you or a trusted person will be on hand to sign for the delivery. If there is anything we need to know before delivery is attempted – for instance if access to your property is difficult for large vehicles – please contact our Customer Service team. Please be aware that a failed delivery may incur a redelivery charge, particularly in the case of pallets.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item please contact our Customer services team without delay and no later 48 hours from the receipt of your order and provide photographic evidence of the damage so we can organise a replacement or offer adequate remedies.

Standard Parcel Delivery

Our parcel delivery service is a standard doorstep delivery service; our couriers will not be able to carry deliveries into your property or upstairs. You will need to be on hand to collect and sign for your delivery from the entrance of the building, so it is your responsibility to arrange for assistance, if you require any, to carry the delivery inside the property. Please be aware of this when choosing and arranging the delivery date with us.

Standard Pallet Delivery

Exceptionally heavy items and orders of five or more radiators will be delivered on a pallet. All pallets are delivered at the side of the road; unfortunately, the courier drivers are not insured to help you carry the items into your home. We strongly recommend having a second person on hand to help you carry your items. Palletised orders are not provided with tracking details or specific delivery times.

Parcels:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

Saturday: 7:00am – 1:00pm


Pallets:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm


General

The terms and conditions set out in this Delivery Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Any word capitalised, but not defined in this Delivery Policy shall have the same meaning as set out in our Terms and Conditions.

If there is a contradiction in between the provisions of this Delivery Policy and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
